Dr. Wendeline de Zan

An experienced educator, executive coach, and mediator, Wendeline de Zan adds value by pushing people to insight and motivating them to action. She brings positive energy to any context, believing everyone can be a better version of themselves, if shown the path coupled with the benefit to them of changing. Clients report higher productivity, enhanced conflict-resolution skills, and a deeper understanding of themselves and their virtual teammates in both work and home contexts.

Wendeline has served as faculty at the University of California at San Diego in the schools of Management, Engineering, and Theatre and Dance. She taught certificate programs on mediation to lawyers and other professionals and served as the associate director of leadership programs at the Indian School of Business (ISB), an international business school created by McKinsey and Co., with formal affiliations to the Kellogg School of Management, the Wharton School, and the London Business School. She holds a jurisprudence doctorate from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from UC Berkeley. Wendeline clerked for two appellate judges in California at both the federal and state levels. Prior to this, she had a five-year tenure at the World Bank working in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Washington, DC.
