As part of Marius corporate career prior to becoming a consultant and executive coach, Marius led different teams and business units. When leading both national and international firms in the Sales and Communications sector Marius worked as Creative Director and Deputy Managing Director, Director of New Business and Managing Partner.
Being passionate about coaching, Marius has obtained numerous coaching certifications and is also a certified coaching trainer.
