Ed is a Hong Kong-based executive coach and trainer.  He works exclusively with multinational corporations that need experienced trainers for client-specific leadership training.  Ed has 30 years experience in Asia, and speaks fluent Mandarin.  His background is in exporting, including production, sales, engineering, and quality control.  Over the years he has managed staff in Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, and Sri Lanka.  He believes that coaching principles can be applied creatively to the workplace, and that most companies will unlock unexpected potential by focusing on behavioural awareness.
