Paula Kerr

Paula’s professional history includes leadership development roles with clientele across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, with corporate experience in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and the United States, latterly as VP HR with JPMorgan (Chase Manhattan), London.

Paula has extensive experience in executive coaching, facilitation, and leadership development. She has worked with senior teams to create organisational impact, defining effective leadership skills, and teaching those skills to embed best practices in teams and the organisation.

She works across public and private sectors in multiple industries. Her coaching expertise centers on personal and professional impact and role transitions, helping senior executives negotiate major change. She works with senior teams and through leadership development programmes to help leaders define the impact they want to have, understand effective behaviours, and hone the skills needed to imbed best practice in their teams and the rest of the organisation.
