Snigdha is a Ph.D., in Clinical Psychology with 23 years of work experience. She is an Executive Coach and Facilitator in the area of Leadership Development, Talent Assessment and Coaching Solutions. She is also an entrepreneur running a successful chain of cafes and a practicing Clinical Psychologist.

She employs a multi-disciplinary approach to design and delivery of leadership development and coaching. She is certified for several psychometric assessments and leadership assessment tools. She has coached with leaders across industries such as IT, ITES, FMCG, Manufacturing, Telecom, Banking, NBFS, Media, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Microfinancing and public sector organizations.

As a coach she has worked with leadership challenges like strategic roadmaps, visioning for the business, building legacy as a leader, stakeholder management, influencing and negotiating, succession planning, role transition, leading teams, to name a few. An experienced facilitator she has designed and facilitated several programs for driving and sustaining organizational success, developing leadership culture and effective personal leadership.
