After an INSEAD MBA, he joined a strategic transformation boutique. Early clients were Metal Box, Diageo and Siemens. He also led a study of R&D management in the European IT industry. He then focused on the intersection between strategic change and leadership development. Key clients at that stage included BP, Shell, and General Motors. Paul developed coaching skills on assignments with McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, American Express, and Nortel. More recent clients include ExxonMobil, Amgen, Magna, DPDHL, Magna, GSK.
