Alper has over 15 years of experience as a Leadership consultant and Executive Coach. His attitude is that of an honest advocate of his clients. He believes in their potential and provides guidance to their professional and private endeavors. Alper brings to his coaching and facilitation a diverse set of experiences such as a global perspective due to his living and working experience in the Arab Gulf States, Western and Eastern Europe, USA, India and Far East Asia.
As a German-Turkish national he grew up in Frankfurt, Germany and studied Industrial Engineering in the United States. During and after the completion of his PhD in development economics he worked on several projects in emerging markets in sectors such as Automotive Manufacturing, Operations & Pharma/Healthcare.

Alper is also an engaged teacher to the future generation. As a lecturer and program design director at the University of Frankfurt and its Goethe Business School he drives the creation of innovative executive education programs. Alper facilitates in German, English and Turkish.
