Amelie has over 20 years of experience in Executive Coaching and Change management consulting. She is a certified Ashridge Executive coach. In the recent years Amelie has been focusing on Executive Leadership Coaching where she uses appreciative and solution focussed approaches combined with challenges, support and direct feedback. The coaching objective is usually to offer senior leaders a confidential opportunity of self-reflection. They are given the opportunity to consider their personal style of professional relationships, their impact on people as well as their efficiency in an often fast changing global environment.
Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Amelie worked in L&D as HR director and other senior roles in the UK, South Africa, Egypt, Indonesia where she also gained extensive experience in different sectors such as IT, Media, Engineering, Chemical & Pharmaceuticals, Banking & Conglomerates.
Amelie is certified in numerous psychometric tools such as MBTI, Firo-B, CPI, Work Place Big 5, Profiler and more. She is also part of the British Psychological Society.
