Albéric Augeard

Albéric Augeard has over 20 years of experience in leadership development as coach, facilitator and instructional designer.

As coach, Albéric specialises in coaching people through transitions, helping them to unlock their potential and find their own individual, effective leadership style. He uses tools and models drawn from psychology, business and education, and combines these with innovative approaches such as Clean Language and Symbolic Modelling, as well as Solution-Focused coaching.

As facilitator, Albéric is particularly interested in helping managers to develop their ability to provide leadership in a multicultural context. His initial training as an engineer, followed by graduate work in the behavioural sciences, makes him keenly aware of the frustrations experienced by many technical managers attempting to adopt a more people-oriented approach.
Albéric also facilitates large-group interventions using participative approaches such as World Café, Open Space and Appreciative Inquiry.

He has worked extensively in Europe, as well as in North America, Asia and the Middle East & Africa. This has allowed him to work in many different sectors such bio-pharmaceutical, engineering, oil and gas, finance and insurance, aerospace, transportation, construction, chemicals, telecom, automotive.

Furthermore, Albéric is certified in numerous psychometric instruments such as MBTI, Firo-B, Benchmarks, Executive Dimensions, Hogan and the Conflict Dynamics Profile. He facilitates in both French and English.
