With over 35 years corporate experience, Rebecca links business strategy with executive development. She works with multinational organizations across Europe, United States, Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Asia in the design and delivery of leadership programs as both a facilitator and executive coach. She is passionate about obtaining measurably proven improved leadership behaviors that impact executive and organizational performance and in identifying clients corporate DNA’s strengths and development gaps.
With an in-depth knowledge of the leadership and business challenges clients face, her engaging style is a mix of thought provoking self-awareness accompanied by challenging stretch developmental goals.
She combines her corporate work with the academic world and has been an Associate Professor at the IE Business School since 2006 delivering to Executive and Global MBA’s and where she has received recognition awards for academic excellence.
